CHARACTERISTICS
The BF-L-19002 basket is entirely fabricated out of 304-316 steel for duplex containers or basket filters. It is flanged and entirely welded, it is available in different dimensions and with different filtrating grades. The filtrating medium is a thin steel mesh which can be single layer or pleated to guarantee a wider filtrating surface area, the structure is then supported internally by a thick perforated steel cylinder.
Being fabricated entirely in steel, this product can withstand high temperatures and aggressive chemical environments, including acidic flows. To guarantee high resistance to pressure and the possibility of backwashing an additional support steel sheet can be added externally. The model can also be provided with a handle to facilitate installation and substitution. We are always available to study any modifications to our products to fulfill the client’s requirements.
